Phase 1: Assessment Onboarding
Everyone begins here. You complete several assessments, then sit with a facilitator for a debrief which gives you an overall view of how you are wired.
Phase 2: 8-Week Cohort
Once you have your debrief, you choose the Mastery or Business track and join a live cohort. Eight weekly sessions, six to ten people, facilitated online.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay for the assessments and the cohort together?
No. Phase 1 (assessment onboarding) is a standalone cost. Once you have completed the debrief and received your integrated profile, you decide whether to join a cohort. There is no obligation to proceed to Phase 2.
If I have done your assessments before, can we use the results and I pay less?
Existing results can be used in onboarding if they are current and from a reliable source. The programme goes well beyond assessments into how you interact with your work and personal contexts.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, payments over four months.
Can this be run inside a company?
Yes. We can run cohorts for intact teams, leadership cohorts, and cross-functional groups. Enterprise packages are available for organisations wanting to run multiple cohorts or embed the programme into a broader capability-building initiative. Contact us to discuss.
How much time does it take each week?
Each cohort session runs for 90 minutes. Allow an additional 30 to 60 minutes between sessions for reflection and application work. Assessment completion is self-paced and typically takes two to three hours across all instruments.
Do you create your own assessments?
No. We use established, trusted instruments from reputable psychometric organisations. The value sits in how we integrate the results, facilitate the debrief, and apply the combined insights in a cohort setting.
